Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t work for you, here’s how we can help:

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Size mismatch (unworn and in original condition)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale items

2. Return Process

Email us at dozzoo.tee@gmail.com with your Order ID, issue, and photos within 7 days. We’ll approve and coordinate a pickup or provide a return address.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method or via UPI/Bank (for COD orders)

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method in 7-10 working days.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
