Q: How long does shipping usually take?
● We process orders within 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business
days; expedited options (e.g. DHL Express) are also available at checkout.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
● Yes—contact us at support@dozzu.com within 24 hours of placing your order to
change or cancel it (see details in the “Cancellation” section).

Q: Do you ship internationally?
● Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any import duties or
taxes.

Q: I received a damaged item. What should I do?
● Please send photos of the damage to support@dozzu.com within 48 hours of receipt.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
